Work Flexibility: HybridWe are looking for a Product Manager for Sport Medicine and Endoscopy to oversee the preparation and execution of marketing plans for launching and promoting assigned product lines within the MEA region. Responsibilities include developing marketing materials, planning promotional activities, providing training and support to the sales force, monitoring market trends, and enhancing market intelligence. The role also involves maintaining customer contacts to follow up on promotional efforts effectively.What you will do:Prepare and execute marketing plans in relation to the launch and the promotion of the product lines within responsible territoryDevelop marketing materials, plan promotional activities, work closely with sales team and regional/global marketing to ensure these tools are both effective in supporting salesProvide training and support to the sales force, monitor trends and improve market intelligenceMaintain contacts with customers to follow up promotion effortsDevelop technical expertise with respect to specified product area. This includes product knowledge, sales volume and trends, cost and margin information as well as key customer demands and needsActively organize and participate to local/regional promotional and educational eventsProduce and develop key marketing tools to support the market plan initiativesProvide input into and assistance with market research as and when required, monitor and communicate market research requirements to back up marketing planning and promotional activitiesProvide input into and share actively in customer feedback surveysProvide insight for main competitor activities within the territoryWhat you need:Required:Bachelors degree in relevant fieldMinimum 3+ years of relevant Sales or Marketing experience in medical devices, ideally in Sport Medicine and EndoscopyExcellent presentation and interpersonal communication skillsPreferred:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to established timelinesDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, with the ability to communicate/present to large groupsTravel Percentage: 40%
