The successful candidate will execute the strategy as envisioned by the Global Product Line Director or Product Line Manager. The responsibilities of this role include supporting product development and investment decisions, executing product go-to-market strategy, developing product marketing materials, and cross-functional collaboration to support product life cycle management.As a Product Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Production Enhancement, you will be responsible for:Being accountable for the functional, business, and financial performance of the product(s).Serving as the product\'s advocate both internally and externally. Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training for stakeholders, customers, and partners to showcase the product\'s value proposition and benefits.Developing a product strategy and vision based on market research, customer feedback, and product line goals.Working across the organization to validate the S&OP forecast and identify products for special supply chain strategies. Working with supply chain organization to identify opportunities for cost reduction and cost optimizationConducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.Defining the product roadmap and prioritizes features and enhancements accordingly.Owning the PDM (Product development Management) process for product management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering & Technology, supply chain, Service delivery, and others, to achieve successful development. Participating in Stage Gates with the technology team and provides documentation as required for gate meetingsStaying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to products. Aligning and leverages total supplier base to influence product line and market strategy.Planning and executing successful product launches, including defining pricing strategies, positioning the product in the market, and developing marketing and communication plans. Ensures technology advancements are validated with customers and regulatory agencies.Being responsible for the product life cycle and product performance of the product. Monitors NPR/NPI performance.Leading initiatives that combine product development and process improvement activities.Providing technical support to Service Delivery teams for specific escalation requests.Being responsible for leading initiatives and associated technologies to drive carbon footprint reduction.Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Health Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have Bachelor\'s Degree within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline or Bachelor\'s Degree and 5 years of cross-functional Project Leadership experience or equivalentHave Minimum 15+ years\' experience in sales, operations, technology or technical supportHave Solid Production Enhancement background with extensive knowledge on Fracturing, Acidizing, Water Management and Sand ControlHave Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.Have Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.Be flexible to Travel (>25%)Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
