Role Overview: Responsible for driving plans as per design and timeline in a manner consistent with the CREDO, company policy and goals, and in line with overall business direction. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and drive short-term strategy for Joints & MITEK brand to achieve business plan and growth aspirations. Work closely with Joints & MITEK product portfolio team to develop overall strategy and long-term plan. Successfully plan and launch Brand extensions aligned to Long term strategy. Enable sales team through innovative/relevant Joints & MITEK surgeons marketing campaigns. Conceptualize and implement Joints and MITEK Orthopedic surgeon campaigns to drive awareness and usage continuum in market. Identify and create a network of KOLs and engage with them to build strategic relationships to drive brand/ portfolio (implant and instrument) objectives. Drive and achieve Net Sales and Profit (Marketing Contribution) objectives for the given brands/ portfolio. Implement portfolio management strategy with resource allocation, pricing, product mix, product rationalization, promotion, forecasting, channel strategies, etc. Coordinate with local & regional supply chain to always ensure availability of all products. Coordinate with regional and global teams for launch, support, and strategic planning. Education: Higher Education completed; Medical / Biomedical Engineering background is preferable. Experience: Total minimum 10 years of experience in Orthopedics Joints sales or B2B and B2C Marketing experience. Strong Orthopedic Joints healthcare industry knowledge and experience are MUST.
