Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of our IT, Unified Communications (UC), and Audio-Visual (AV) product offerings. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to bring cutting-edge solutions to market that enhance the end-user experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:
• Define, develop, and execute the product vision and strategy for IT, UC, and AV solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps that align with company objectives and market needs.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to inform product direction.
• Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and UX teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams, to align on product goals and timelines.
• Work with sales and customer support teams to gather customer feedback and ensure product features meet market demands.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and challenges.
• Product Marketing & Launches:
• Support the creation of go-to-market strategies for product launches.
• Work with marketing teams to develop product messaging, collateral, and sales tools.
• Train internal teams on product features and key selling points.
• Metrics & Performance Analysis:
• Define success metrics for product performance and track product KPIs post-launch.
• Analyze usage patterns and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement of product offerings.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes for product development and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• UAE or GCC Experience is a must.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in IT, Unified Communications, or Audio-Visual product development.
• Proven experience managing full product lifecycles, from ideation to market introduction.
• Familiarity with audio-visual technologies, collaboration tools, or enterprise software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of market research, user experience design, and competitive analysis.
• Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, etc.).
• Understanding of UC platforms, audio/video conferencing solutions, cloud-based technologies, and integration with IT systems.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the AV or UC product industry.
• Technical background or experience with software and hardware product integration.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI in UC/AV applications, collaboration software, or IoT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
