Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Product Manager

with a deep understanding of the

IT hardware market

in the

GCC and MENA regions

. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the lifecycle of hardware products, from concept through to launch and post-launch optimization. This role requires strategic vision, market knowledge, and a strong ability to engage with key stakeholders across the region.

Key Responsibilities:



Product Strategy and Roadmap:

Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for IT hardware products within the GCC and MENA regions. Identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the region to guide product decisions. Collaborate with leadership to align regional product strategies with global business goals.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research in the GCC and MENA regions to understand customer requirements, regional regulations, and competitive landscape. Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and industry reports to drive product innovation and improvement.

Product Lifecycle Management:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware products, from product conception to launch and ongoing enhancements. Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, supply chain, marketing, sales) to ensure product timelines and quality standards are met.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

Develop and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and channel partners in the region. Create compelling product positioning and messaging for regional markets, focusing on customer pain points and business outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with engineering teams to prioritize product features based on market demand and business value. Build strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and customers to ensure product availability, support, and customer satisfaction.

Customer Engagement and Support:

Engage with key customers in the region to understand their needs, usage, and feedback. Provide training and support to regional sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.

Compliance and Regulatory Awareness:

Ensure product offerings comply with local and regional regulations, including import/export laws, certifications, and safety standards.

Revenue Growth and Profitability:

Set product pricing strategies based on competitive analysis and market trends to maximize profitability. Monitor product performance, sales, and market share in the region, adjusting strategies as needed to meet growth targets.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on

IT hardware products

(e.g., computing devices, networking equipment, storage solutions, peripherals). Proven track record of managing hardware products across the

GCC and MENA regions

. Familiarity with regional business cultures, languages, and regulatory requirements.

Skills:

Strong understanding of the

IT hardware market

and trends in the GCC and MENA regions. Expertise in

product lifecycle management

, from ideation to commercialization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Technical Knowledge:

Experience with

product specifications, technical documentation

, and

hardware design

is a plus. Familiarity with product management software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and data analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:



Previous experience working with

regional distributors

OEMs

channel partners

in the GCC or MENA region. Ability to travel regularly within the region for customer meetings, industry events, and product launches.
