Overview:We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our team focused on developing cutting-edge cloud products for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting product strategy build, defining the product roadmap, and feature requirements for our suite of cloud offerings Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Senior Product Manager and serve as a primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Solutions, Sales teams as well as our customers.
• Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze industry trends to identify new product opportunities and refine existing offerings in the private cloud space.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to define and prioritize product requirements that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
• Collaborate and work closely with the delivery and engineering teams to drive the execution of the product roadmap with high-quality product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritised according to business value and customer needs. Apply methodologies to oversee product development cycles, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand product capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs, and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.
• Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform future product iterations.
• Collaborate and work closely with the delivery and engineering teams to drive the execution of the product roadmap with high-quality product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Serve as the product evangelist, communicating product value propositions, features, and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop product launch plans, marketing materials, reporting, and sales enablement resources to support management reporting, successful product launches, and drive adoption

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the cloud computing or enterprise software industry.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch especially in a technology company. Experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
• Strong technical aptitude and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent reading, writing, problem-solving, and comprehension skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear and concise language for a diverse audience.
• Familiarity with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the private cloud and enterprise IT markets.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
