Work with the product management team for home loan products with the aim to maximize profitability and growth for the portfolio, especially new volume bookings at optimal pricing
Work closely with the product management team in planning, developing and implementation of the various initiatives which will enhance the product reach as well the customer experience including channel optimization, training, customer journey etc.
The incumbent is expected to drive the development of integrated strategies across customer segment, product and/or portfolio, along with the implementation of home loan projects and actively monitor performance and make actionable and timely recommendations on Policy, Process, Product Features etc to achieve business targets .Responsibilities
The role holder will be responsible to interface with several internal and external parties to ascertain strategic roadmap for the Home Loan business and implement the associated action plan to achieve desired results
This role necessitates good understanding of aspects of Home Loan product / pricing, local market knowledge and familiarity with key digital/system interfaces
Support channels with queries on product, pricing and process and Deliver agreed top-line and bottom-line targets for the product.
Focus on new channels - digital, online, social media, mobile etc
Attend all types of Group Customer Experience complaints (Media, CB and internal complaints) and provide the required approvals/ resolutions.
Assist the product management in the effective launch and delivery of the marketing plan, promos, campaigns and collaborating with relevant teams for the timely execution of the same.
Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues of sales channels driving and motivating the team to optimize the channel productivity
Responsible for providing the sales team/channels with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves active and regular engagement, imparting periodic training etc.
Ensure business margins for Home Loan/OD & R SME Loans is maintained at a profitable level. To ensure a sustained growth momentum is achieved at a good margin
Regular Branch, Sales, IIS Channel visits for constant engagement and feedback with additional training to Branch PBAs, Retail Banking Executive, IIS agencies and CCO Agents
Maintenance and continuous monitoring of Home Loan scorecards including Application Score, Behavioral Score, CASA Score, Customer Score and Self-Employed scorecards.To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience
Bachelors degree in a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus).
Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales, marketing and product development of Retail Lending Products
Around 4 to 6 years of experience with Retail Banking Products
Ability to manage and interact with other key stakeholders both direct business units and support units
Analytical skills for interpreting customer data and market trendsWhat we offer you
