Develop annual strategic and operational plans for the product portfolio, including clear goals, initiatives, and KPIs in collaboration with the MEA Marketing Manager.
Implement tactical marketing programs tailored to market needs and aligned with regional and corporate strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access) to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Monitor plan performance, track KPIs, and propose corrective actions as needed.
Market & Customer Engagement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders to drive advocacy for therapies.
Conduct product training, workshops, and presentations for healthcare providers to ensure optimal understanding and utilization of solutions.
Gather customer insights and feedback to continuously refine product positioning and address market needs.
Lead initiatives to promote therapy adoption, highlighting patient-centric benefits and clinical value.
Work closely with customers, ensuring continuous engagement, addressing concerns, and strengthening relationships to foster loyalty and growth.
Product Champion
Act as the regional product champion, ensuring in-depth product knowledge and market expertise.
Develop impactful promotional tools and materials to support sales teams in driving product portfolio growth in collaboration with the MEA Marketing Manager.
Market Development
Proactively identify barriers to therapy adoption and implement strategies to overcome these challenges.
Utilize health economic models and clinical evidence to enhance product value propositions and support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with medical teams to drive awareness of clinical benefits and align messaging with scientific evidence.
Build and execute patient education programs to increase awareness as a home-based therapy solution.
Financial Management
Develop accurate sales forecasts for the product portfolio and track performance against budget and targets.
Optimize marketing investments to maximize return on investment (ROI) and business impact.
Evaluate and refine promotional plans based on business outcomes and market feedback.
Collaboration &Communication
Align with Sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and support commercial objectives.
Partner with Medical Affairs and Training teams to deliver clinical training and product updates.
Collaborate with distributors and stakeholders to ensure product availability and alignment with strategic goals.
Actively support field sales teams through customer-facing engagements, driving adoption and addressing market challenges.
Product Manager xe2x80x93 Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Medicine).
3-5 years in Product Management and/or Sales and Marketing within the healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in Renal therapies is a strong advantage.
Fluent in Arabic (mother tongue) and English (spoken, written, and read proficiency).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel within the region for up to 50-60% of work time
Strong ability to engage healthcare providers and stakeholders with tailored solutions.
Proven track record of building and managing relationships with KOLs and customers.
Effective in face-to-face interactions, addressing customer needs and driving satisfaction.
