Product Manager

What we expect from you:

Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to execution in collaboration with the engineering team Act as the single point of contact for your squad, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business goals Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution Utilize product management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, and Confluence to streamline workflows and track progress Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and competitive analysis to evaluate product necessities and market trends Translate business needs into actionable product strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives Maintain a high level of attention to detail in product planning, execution, and quality assurance Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying updated on industry trends and best practices

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams Eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and adaptability to a fast-paced environment Experience in product management, preferably in technology-driven startup or scale-up environments Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, and Confluence Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate product necessities and market opportunities Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment Experience managing multiple team members within a squad is a plus Ability to conduct comprehensive benchmarking and understand business needs
