Job Description
Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Product Manager to be based in Dubai. - Managing the entire portfolio of the product life cycle from strategic planning to major tactical activities.
- Preparing all launch activities in different markets.
- Develop promotional campaigns and follow up their implementation and reflection on sales.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, and competitor\xe2\x80\x99s share, forecasting projected business, and establishing targeted market share.
- Improving product marketability and profitability and market share by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Key Opinion Leader management.
- MS/BS degree in Marketing or scientific field.
- Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in product management preferably in pharma / medical devices.
- Previous experience in the UAE Market.
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in developing local product positioning strategies that resulted in incremental demand for products.
- Possesses critical thinking & problem-solving skills; Successful track record of delivering business results.
