:Role: Product Manager - Cards & Remote Sales Location: DubaiRole Purpose:Manage existing Co-brand relationships along with core cards portfolio. Responsible for the launch of new ADIB covered card products and new channel introduced by ADIB Remote. Develops and implements marketing plans and strategies to drive business growth and meet business targets. Conducts regular review on market trends and studies competitor activities to identify opportunities. Work under the supervision of the Head of Cards; come up with business strategies for existing product structuring, identification and fixing of gaps related to current products by liaising and taking necessary approvals from other cross-functional departments.Key Accountabilities of the roleRESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and responsible for Co-brand partner relationships in UAE and deliver on the mutually agreed projects and ensure all partners also deliver on the Bank\'s expectations
Manage and Responsible for Remote Sales/Genie channel for ADIB cards
Draw Remote/Genie Cards road map
Ensure Remote/Genie Cards KPIs meet on monthly and quarter basis
Enhance the Cards Remote/Genie on regular basis to ensure the journey is simple and customer friendly
Close liaison with IT, Sales, Branches, Support Function stakeholders including sharia team to meet planned release date on time.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure controls are in place on Genie platform
Assist Head of Cards in managing the P&L of Covered Cards.
Delivery/launch of Cards products based on research and market needs, developing new products under CB that help new market segments penetration and increase customer acquisitions
Prepare sub level detailed Cards reports that are requested by management Develop business cases with necessary market assessment information, current market practices, product offerings, competition strategies, sales channels and risk mitigate
Close liaison with Branches, Sales and Finance in formulating and maintaining products that suits the customer needs without compromising our profitability.
Restructure the existing process to keep up with market trends and by liaising with Operations & Technology teams for development of processes, infrastructure and IT capability
Ensure up to date knowledge is kept about developing technologies and implemented as appropriate.
Engage key stakeholders while making decision that have material impact on risks, revenues and/or service Portfolio management including analytics & MIS to guide product and Sales Strategies
Responsible of Cards DTS Journey and ensure delivery of acquisition and P&L targets
Own end - to - end product life cycle
Implementation of new technology as per business plans
Supervise the process, systems and infrastructure to support and sustain Card Products
Monitor performance of Product Line against key measures and report results with recommendations about performance.
Responsible for the Product Mix, and Product positioning of all existing and new products
Manage product performance against the set targets
Implement governance, risk, compliance and control in line with ADIB group policies
Interface with operations, sales and branches to ensure that there is a broad understanding of the product processing requirements and meeting business set targets.
Manage all customer complaints received by complaints unit/branches/call center and ensure proper resolution within the approved turnaround time.
Ensure the completion of all underlying tasks with business partners which involves the implementation of end-to-end process for new products and services, working with products, channels, operations and IT to ensure that they are fit for purpose and implemented timorously and effectively.
Lead the Shari\'a audit and support the Card business internal audit
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
University degree with 8 years relevant experience of which at least 3 years product/program management experience is essential
Understand the market / industry dynamics and key drivers of market conditions
Good knowledge of UAE Banking practices, Regulations and Risks
Analytic skills
Project management skills
Business management/revenue management background
Good communication and interaction skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
Preference for bi-lingual Arabic speaking but not mandatory if candidate is strong in other areas of expertise and experience
