The person is expected to be the SME for Advanced Completions in the Geo Zone, liaising between countries team and global product line team.With the growth plans in Advanced Completions in the Geo Zone, Weatherford need to ensure we are arming our field engineers with the correct level of training/competency that the industry demands. Similarly in terms of technical support (WISE), this job role requires a high depth of knowledge with regards to Advanced Completions especially RMS systems in general, both hardware and software. The success of any operation starts when Completions are ordered and delivered on time without fail. It is critical that the individual for this role is prepared to work alongside the country teams (especially applications team) to ensure alignment between operations and manufacturing.As with any technical role, there will always be the expectation that we support the multiple countries and customers when required. This is key in order to grow Weatherfords RMS market share as well as supporting our technical sales teams in the countries and in the geo zones to ensure alignment on key opportunities and indeed technology pursuits.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:SAFETY, SECURITY & COMPLIANCE

Support the GZ & country teams in CPAR investigations where required.
Understanding of Clients SQP & manufacturing quality plans.
OPERATIONAL CAPABILTY
Assist and review equipment forecasting activities to help reduce lead times and cost.
Support the development/amendments of RMS / Advanced Completions related technical work instructions and procedures.
Support the Geo Zone in developing and completing all required competency standards for their personnel.
Technical sales support as and when required for key customer interactions (tenders, presentations).
Interface with manufacturing and the respective countries to sense check incoming orders to Wallingford / Mfg, where required.
Responsible for ensuring publishing and distributing product improvement content including tech alerts, updated field procedures and work instructions within the Geo Zone.
Work closely with WISE and Engineering team to recommend & assist the country operations needs.
Review client completions program, write WFRD procedures for workshop testing and the field.
Promote Weatherfords new technology within the industry by writing technical papers, attending industry conferences, contributing to the development of technical marketing material, making technical sales presentations to customers, and providing other technical support to sales and operations.
Assist countries in defining CAPEX requirements and or assist technical specifications of inventory items.
Participate in pre jobs and post jobs operations meetings for key projects where required. Review the quality of operations documents.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION
Direct or Indirect support to the in-country team in organizing technology updates, presentations, tenders specifications review for advanced completions (Gauges, FO, RFID, eICV).
Attending client CWOPs or technical sessions where required.
Identify opportunities for new technologies trials from ground making with the client to a successful deployment
FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
Alignment with Geo Zone growth plan and increase in market share.
VISION & LEADERSHIP
Assist in training and mentoring field engineers to equip them with the right level of knowledge and experience to perform in the field safely and confidently.
Provide technical support to the country teams.
QualificationsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONREQUIRED:
Operational experience in Reservoir Monitoring & Intelligent Completions. Electronic and fiber Optic Systems
Ability to work across a diverse multicultural and multilingual community.
Ability to function across all levels of the organization i.e operations, manufacturing, and engineering.
Demonstrated ability to effectively train and mentor personnel in the GZ / Country operations team.
Knowledge of technical training program on quarterly basis for client and internal purpose.
Good oral and written communication skills are a necessity.
