Job Description
:
- Preparing the daily MIS reports for internal use and KMC DSR.
- Managing the supply chain process on KDCS (Kia internal system) tracking product and shipment arrivals.
- Examining and analyzing competition scenarios to provide the department with an accurate market perspective.
- Delivering various and timely information to the internal department regarding MRDS, new shipment arrivals, and product details.
- Reviewing the issued Proforma Invoice (PI) and collaborating with the Accounts department to establish Letters of Credit (LCs).
- Monitors KMCs sales targets and the order support program.
- Assisting in carrying out costing exercises for all new models.
- Contributing to preparing the Business Plan (internal and KMC).
- Assisting in providing the technical information and specifications about products to the Sales Department.
- Supports the Marketing department with product-related information for routine marketing activities, ensuring the organization's business success.
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Management Graduate
- 3 to 5 years experience in the similar field
- Good exposure to the Automobile field.
- Excellent Communication Skills
