Job Title - Product EngineerSalary - AED 40,000/- to AED 45,000/-Job location - DubaiCompany Industry - Consumer Electronics : We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer with a minimum of 10years of experience in the manufacturing of electronics. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for the design, development, and enhancement of electronic products. You willwork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards ofquality and performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of new electronic products from concept to production.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality assurance, and marketing to ensure product success.

• Develop and execute product testing plans to ensure product reliability and performance.

• Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for product designs, specifications, and processes.

• Provide technical support and training to production and quality assurance teams.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic manufacturing technologies and incorporate them into product development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing of electronic products.

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of electronic product design, development, and manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for electronic products.

• Experience with quality assurance and testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in a relevant field.

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
