About Us:
As a manufacturer of unique Islamic Calligraphy and Home Decor products, The MM SOUQ is looking for a Product Development Specialist to lead the design and innovation of our product line, ensuring our offerings remain fresh and relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of new product concepts and ensure they align with market trends.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure seamless production.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences .
• Assist in creating 3D models , prototypes, and mockups of new products.
• Work with the marketing team to create product launch strategies.
Requirements:
• Strong background in product design and familiarity with design software ( CDR , CAD, 3D modeling ).
• Creative mindset with experience in design innovation .
• Ability to work collaboratively with production and marketing teams.
Compensation: Basic salary + Profit share on successful product lines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
