Product Development Manager - IT & Software Solutions - Dubai, Full TimeYou must be a Product Development Manager, with experience in IT & Software Solutions, to join our client\'s newly established Research & Development team. Our client sells Software Solutions to both Government entities and private sector organizations.Candidates must be based in the UAE to be considered for this position, with a valid driver\'s license due to client site.Working hours for this role are:

• Monday to Thursday, 7:30am \xe2\x80\x93 3:30pm
• Friday, 7am \xe2\x80\x93 1pm
• Alternative Saturday\xe2\x80\x99s, 7:30am \xe2\x80\x93 12:30pm

• They work on a \xe2\x80\x9cone Saturday on, two Saturday\xe2\x80\x99s off\xe2\x80\x9d model, so any candidate would only have to work two Saturday\xe2\x80\x99s a month.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, manage resources, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that align with company goals and client/market needs.
• Lead the product development process from end-to-end; including ideation, planning, implementation and launch.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps and goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales departments to prioritize product features and functionalities.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Drive business innovation by exploring new technologies and product enhancements to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
• Ensure adherence to product development processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement within the product development team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of proven experience in a product management or product development role within the IT or Software industries.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of product development methodologies, including agile and waterfall.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on-time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of product market research, competitive analysis and customer insights.
• High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent) and Arabic (nice to have).
