Summary for the role: We\'re looking for a Product Designer to help us make Viwell\'s member application the most delightful, engaging and valuable corporate wellness product in the world. In this role, you\'ll work with an empowered and talented cross-functional team, and you will drive the design practice towards impactful business results. We\'re looking for a creative, experienced, driven, organized and knowledgeable contributor who will use their design skills to have a lasting impact within our team. We\'re looking for someone who : - Masters design research: you know how to empathize and gain valuable insights from customers through qualitative/quantitative sources to inform your decisions - Excels at cross-functional collaboration: you know how to work with and manage the needs of Product Managers, Software Engineers and other business stakeholders - Is Iterative: you understand that value should be shipped iteratively, and you\'re capable of structuring your work accordingly - Already has the fundamental Product Design skills: you\'re already familiar with UI/UX design, wire-framing, high/low-fidelity mockups, user research, user-centered design and running product design workshops. - Stays current: you stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and methodologies, and constantly invest in growing your product design toolkit - Measures and tracks success: you are a data-driven person and know how to track whether users are behaving how you\'d expect them to, and how to react to those signals - Is an owner: you have a high sense of accountability and ownership with your work, and you go the extra mile to make sure it is high quality - Understands software delivery: you\'re familiar with SCRUM and understand the steps required to ship software - Is creative : you can think outside of the box and can find solutions to problems that other people don\'t spot easily - Is business-aware : the objective of your work is to bring value to our customers and, ultimately, to the business. You understand how to express this value with your colleagues
Requirements Must haves: - Previous experience as Product Designer or UI/UX Designer - At least 3 years of working experience as Product Designer working with a SCRUM team that shipped software products - Familiarity with JIRA, Figma & MS Office suite Nice to haves: - Industry experience: in health tech, corporate wellness or B2B2C products - Arabic knowledge (reading/writing)
