The Role:

• The Product Designer will be responsible for designing and optimizing user journeys, creating high-conversion landing pages, and conducting usability testing.
• The role requires rapid prototyping, effective use of images, animations, and text, and maintaining design systems.
• Collaboration with engineers, marketing, and customer support teams to enhance user experience and ensure quality design implementation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize intuitive user journeys for seamless product experiences.
• Create and test landing pages focused on high conversion rates.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for iterative design improvements.
• Develop rapid prototypes, mockups, and low-fidelity designs.
• Effectively use images, animations, and text to enhance user communication and experience.
• Implement and maintain robust design systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality design-to-code implementation.
• Incorporate feedback from marketing and customer support to improve customer experience.
• Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications or courses in UX/UI design, prototyping, and usability testing are a plus.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong portfolio showcasing user journey designs, landing pages, and prototypes
• Expert in Figma and using design systems
• Solid experience with A/B testing
• Exposure to the e-commerce industry (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively use images, animations, and text in design
• Basic understanding of how animations can enhance communication
• Can join immediately
