The Product Analyst will work with our Ads Product team whose main goals are to improve the quality and efficiency of our partners' experience who use Tabby Marketplace as a promotion platform.Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to the Tabby Ads product and business teams across all aspects of their work, including evaluation of ad auction efficiency, ad revenue forecast modeling, and more.
Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings in a clear and compelling manner that highlights the importance of your insights.
Regularly work with several stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, on fundamental research as well as on one-time requests.
Support and monitor existing Tabby Ads metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the organization.
Develop data visualizations and reports that are both informative and easily understood by business and product teams.
Assist in the planning of necessary data structures and data quality improvements.
Who you are
Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data/product analyst.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.
Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.)
Experience in ad auction analysis is a plus.
Experience in working with marketplace-related products is a plus.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in designing and conducting A/B tests is a must.
Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business and product teams. At least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency is required.
