Summary: We are looking for an organized and highly motivated Producer with experience managing high end commercial campaigns, beauty photoshoots, and social content.


You should be used to working in a fast-paced environment, and motivated to work as part of an in-house Production team to create content that will used across traditional and digital platforms. You should be experienced managing a project from concept, through to final delivery.


You'll be part of a close-knit team, managing requests from global marketing team and a network of freelancers and supporting agencies. Being comfortable communicating and negotiating with multiple suppliers and also juggling multiple projects and deadlines is key.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of video and multimedia production, from initial concept development to final delivery.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, including writers, designers, and directors, to develop compelling content that aligns with brand objectives.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
• Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and negotiating with vendors as necessary.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate internal production teams, including videographers, editors, and motion graphic designers, to ensure seamless workflow and project execution.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the production process.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all produced content meets the company's high-quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Vendor Management: Source and manage external vendors and freelancers as needed, ensuring they deliver on brief and within budget.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential production challenges and proactively develop solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Post-Production Oversight: Collaborate with the post-producer to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all projects.
• Asset Coordination: Work closely with the internal asset manager to ensure efficient use and organization of digital assets.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in production, preferably within an agency or corporate environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in production tools and software, including project management tools and video production equipment.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Creativity: A keen eye for detail and a strong creative vision, with the ability to bring ideas to life through multimedia content.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
