To deliver projects on-time and within scope
Independently manage the localisation of integrated campaigns for the GCC region, for all channels (Print, Social,Digital, (D)OOH)Liaises with marketing teams to agree media formats and create deliverables lists for all channels
Guarantees accurate, timely and approved delivery (trafficking) to media owners
Actively seeks to maintain expert knowledge on media formats and technical specifications across existing and emerging channels
Collaborates with lead content producer to identify and schedule resources based on campaign and individual initiative needs
Define and look to continually improve process and supporting tools for project management, with a focus on localisation.
Works with the asset management team to archive final assets
QA all assets produced including homepages to ensure content, links and user journey is correct

About YouEducation/Certification and Continued EducationDegree in Marketing, Project management, Communication or similar fieldYears of Experience4+ years of experience as a project manager, producer or creative studio/production managerExperience
You have fluency in English and/or Arabic

You are highly organised, proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable
You can think strategically and solve problems independently
You can xe2x80x98see around the corner and identify communication, logistical, and scheduling challenges
You have a disciplined approach to managing your projects, but maintain the flexibility to adapt when adjustments are required
Creatively minded, but commercially aware
Experience within retail, a creative studio or digital agency
Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) e.g. Salesforce
Sound knowledge of national and international mens and womens fashion, designers, brands and trends
Able to work under pressure and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Proficient user of Excel and Google Docs and are comfortable with digital work on an in-house CMS
Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and will be highly self-motivated and passionate our brand and our clients
