We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement/Estimation Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical systems procurement, estimation for MEP projects, and a thorough understanding of UAE market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for mechanical works in MEP projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to procure quality materials at the best prices.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely procurement.
• Monitor market trends, including price changes and availability of materials and equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and estimation within the UAE MEP industry.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and market pricing in the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
• UAE driving license is preferred
