responsibilities:

search for local and international suppliers and manufacturers as per company needs.

visit suppliers and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best prices, terms, and services.

maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

monitor vendors performance and quality.

develop an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase requests and orders.

manage inventory, including current stock and new deliveries.

ensure the accuracy of purchase requests and orders.

adjusts travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction to ensure timely delivery of orders.

provide accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and going.

manage daily operations and ensure they run smooth.

Requirements

relevant experience in a similar position for at least 1-3 years

bachelor degree

excellent English language, Arabic is a plus

excellent verbal, writing, and listening skills

self-motivated and creative problem-solver

ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
