We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Procurement professional to join our team in the HVAC trading and distribution sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing HVAC products, systems, and materials to support our operations, ensuring efficient supply chain management, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure HVAC equipment, systems, components, and accessories from local and international suppliers.
• Evaluate and negotiate supplier contracts, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely and cost-effective stock availability.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory, logistics, and project management teams to ensure seamless procurement and delivery processes.
• Track and manage orders, forecast demands, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain and update supplier databases, procurement documentation, and product specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prepare procurement reports, analyze market trends, and identify new suppliers or purchasing opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 1-3 years in the HVAC industry (varies by role level).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, market trends, and supplier networks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English.
