Position Overview: As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and managing suppliers for pneumatic and hydraulic products. Your expertise will ensure optimal inventory levels and strict adherence to procurement policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers for pneumatic and hydraulic products.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand product requirements and develop effective procurement strategies.
• Supplier Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing suppliers and actively seek new partnerships to expand our supplier network.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to anticipate demand and maintain optimal stock.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and technological advancements in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct supplier performance evaluations and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Purchaser or in a similar procurement role, particularly within the pneumatic and hydraulic industry.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency: Skilled in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Tools: Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Education: B.Tech in Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Automation.
• Availability: Immediate joining.
