We are looking for an experienced

Procurement Specialist

with expertise in the

fit-out industry

to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

procurement strategies

for fit-out projects. Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with

suppliers and contractors

. Ensure

timely procurement

of materials while optimizing costs. Evaluate and compare supplier quotes to ensure

best pricing and quality

. Monitor

inventory levels

and ensure materials are available as needed. Work closely with

project managers, designers, and contractors

to meet project requirements. Manage

purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements

. Ensure compliance with

procurement policies and industry regulations

.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Procurement Specialist in the fit-out industry

. Strong knowledge of

fit-out materials, suppliers, and market pricing

. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in

procurement software and ERP systems

is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
