A leader real estate with more than 30-year experience in UAE seek a dynamic and motivated(Male / female )employee to join our team as a Procurement Specialist in the real estate industry to be responsible for acquiring new properties for management purposes.

Brief about Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential properties suitable for management within designated areas, via phone calls and proper site inspection and meetings if needed.

Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents to facilitate property acquisition.

Conduct market research and analysis to assess property value, potential rental income, and feasibility for management.

Collaborate with the property management & leasing team to ensure seamless transition of acquired properties into management portfolio.

Requirements

Must be Arabic nationality , Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

Advantage to whom have experience in the field of real estate.

Advantage to UAE nationalities and who born in UAE.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Valid UAE driver's license.
