Engineering Industrial Products is seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Officer and Procurement Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Procurement Cum Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and managing operations to meet project requirements. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the United Arab Emirates, and be adept at handling pressure in a project-driven environment.

Noted : Operations will be under Procurement Officers mainly logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Negotiation: Identify potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and secure advantageous terms for procurement of materials and services.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality products.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control procurement costs, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
• Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to understand and fulfill material requirements within specified timelines.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the procurement process.
• Operations: Handling company operations is the main work by procurement. The strong personality candidate will have to manage company operations along with drivers vehicles (Logistics)
• Operations : Operations like company operations will be under Procurement and they have to handle it.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Officer in the UAE.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
• Do you have experience in Aluminum and Steel?
