- Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts and regularly track and review stock movement to maintain cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare and process purchase orders for required goods and services.
- Manage the procurement budget, tracking expenses to ensure spending remains within limits.
