Pico Play is a global company specialised in delivering themed attractions and entertainment for theme parks, nature parks, water parks, family entertainment centres, surf parks and experiences. As we expand our operations in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team and ensure the seamless and efficient procurement of materials and services for our projects. Key Responsibilities: Administer overall purchasing processes and drive standards for suppliers and subcontractors. Carry out prequalification of prospective suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare tender documents, agreements and contract terms required in the process in line with the contract. Evaluate tender proposals to select and appoint suitable suppliers and subcontractors. Compile and review contract documents prior to execution. Direct all aspects of vendor relationship management with critical suppliers, partners and third parties in order to effectively manage and negotiate with the supply side, to build effective long-term supply contracts. Evaluate the suppliers on their performance and update the preferred vendor list and maintain relationships with the preferred suppliers. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar procurement officer role. Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the theming industry. Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Ability to prepare and evaluate tender documents and proposals. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards.
