Position: Procurement Officer: Minimum Experience 2 Years poses as Procurement / Purchasing / Assistant Purchase position in UAE construction company or equivalent with Mechanical or Civil Engineering candidates only, having the following skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and any relevant ERP system
Can easily adopt in work environment
Having very good negotiation skill
Relevant technical knowledge
Good leadership skills
Ability to resolve problems in an efficient manner
Receiving approved PR\'s
Floating inquiries to the concerned suppliers
Receiving quotations from mentioned suppliers
Making the comparison of the quotations received
Submitting the comparison to Purchase Manager for negotiation and finalization
Preparation of LPO once the value and supplier is finalized
Forwarding the LPO to Purchase Manager for approval
Coordinating with the suppliers for prompt delivery of the materials to the site.
Coordinating with the site staff regarding the quality and quantity of the materials received
Coordinating with the Accounts Department regarding the suppliers payments.
Maintaining proper filling of all the PR\'s and LPOs
