Job Title: Procurement Officer - MEP

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer with an MEP background to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. You will ensure timely, cost-effective procurement, working closely with project teams to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Planning: Develop procurement strategies for MEP systems, aligning with project timelines.
• Vendor Management: Identify and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Material Procurement: Source MEP equipment and materials (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) as per project specifications.
• Contract Management: Draft and oversee contracts with MEP suppliers and service providers.
• Budget Control: Monitor procurement budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Quality Control: Verify received materials meet project standards and specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and engineers to meet procurement needs.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement risks, ensuring timely delivery.
