Job Description

Responsibilities:Sourcing Suppliers: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.Procurement Planning: Developing procurement strategies, forecasting demand, and planning purchases to meet organizational needs.Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders, ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.Cost Analysis: Analyze costs, monitor spending, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Contract Management: Manage contracts with suppliers, ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and resolve contract disputes.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels, and minimize excess inventory.Supplier Performance Evaluation: Assess supplier performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement activities, such as supply chain disruptions or supplier bankruptcies.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the procurement process.Reporting: Generate reports on procurement activities, spending, and performance metrics to support decision-making and accountability.
