:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining supplier relationships to support our operational needs.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices.
Monitor market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet their procurement needs.
Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers and address any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for management.
Participate in inventory management and optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in the UAE.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
