Procurement Officer

Experience in Procurement in Construction (Must)

Estimation/Tender Submission Experience (Must have knowledge)

UAE Experience required (Must)

s:

Verifying subcontractor's invoices Keeping record of all claimed invoices with exact quantity of work done at site Updating LPO tracker as per subcontractor's invoice and monitoring that subcontractor invoices are not exceeding PO quantity Familiar with ERP system (SAP), creating LPO, GRN posting, Generating reports from SAP Coordinating with subcontractors and notifying them to make necessary changes in invoices if required Basic knowledge about

tender submission (Preparing BOQ, Sending RFQ to subcontractors or Suppliers)

Experience 2-3 years in UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
