Provide cost information for budgets, disbursement schedules, and procurement plans.
Determine efficient acquisition processes in line with project policies.
Obtain quotes/bids for in-kind grant procurement as per the approved Procurement Plan and USAID regulations.
Prepare comparative tables and cost analysis for common goods and services.
Complete required forms for acquisitions.
Oversee project inventory and reporting, and supervise asset disposition.
Collaborate with local vendors and service providers for goods and services acquisition.
Ensure compliance with acquisition policies before payments are processed.
Oversee the delivery of procurement to beneficiaries and program teams.
Contribute to periodic and ad hoc reports, financial projections, and information requests.
Maintain up-to-date and complete procurement files.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in donor-funded procurement, preferably in an international organization.
Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with international donor and/or USAID procurement policies and procedures.
Experience in initiating and/or closing donor-funded procurement processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English is preferred.
