*Job Summary:*The Procurement Officer (Interior Fitout ) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with locally & internationally vendors.*Key Responsibilities:*Research of new subcontractor for MEP & Civil workPreparation of technical comparrision from various vendors & negotiating on the quotes for a better pricePreparation of LPO / Agreement based management approval. Ordination with the contractors & making site visitsTo ensure the completion of the given task at stipulated timeWorking for any local purchases as an when required*Qualifications:*- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.*Preferred Skills :*- Excellent communication, negotiation skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.*Requirement:- 5-7 years of UAE experience in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or a related field- Must have experience in dealing with China market vendors.-Must have driving license.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month This job has been sourced from an external job board.
