Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer with a background in the cosmetics industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing quality raw materials and products while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for cosmetic raw materials and packaging.
• Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery to meet production requirements.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, and sales) to align procurement activities with business goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Stay updated on market trends and price fluctuations in the cosmetics industry.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including invoices, contracts, and supplier communications.
• Handle procurement-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, and contract discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing materials related to fragrances, skincare, and beauty products.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Diploma or relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus.
