Procurement Officer
Job Description
Rubber World Industry, Ajman the leading manufacturer of HVAC products in the region. We are hiring a Procurement Officer to enhance our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts.
• Create purchase orders and manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
• Collaborate with departments to meet procurement needs.
• Analyze market trends for cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management with relevant certifications.
• Proven experience of procurement management from manufacturing Industry.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and ERP software
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Procurement: 5 years (Preferred)
