You will play a critical role in sourcing and acquiring the essential supplies we need to thrive, ensuring we get the best quality products at competitive prices.**Responsibilities:**

• Manage the procurement process for a variety of agricultural supplies, including:

• Plants (seeds, seedlings, mature plants)

• Fertilizers and soil amendments

• Irrigation equipment and supplies (hoses, sprinklers, timers)

• Gardening tools and machinery

• Greenhouse supplies (interlock, shading materials)

• Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential suppliers in the UAE.

• Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) development and issuance.

• Evaluate bids and proposals based on cost, quality, delivery timelines, and supplier reputation.

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the most favorable terms.

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure on-time delivery of supplies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records.

• Stay informed of market trends and fluctuations in agricultural supply prices.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, ideally within the agricultural sector.

• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and regulations in the UAE.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (a plus).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A passion for agriculture and a keen eye for detail.
