Procurement Officer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes for cleaning materials and equipment.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast procurement needs and ensure timely availability of supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the cleaning industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials, machines, and equipment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
