1. Prepare annual procurement plan and tender documents.
2. Support and coordinate procurement activities across all departments.
3. Ensure compliance with procurement policy and procedure, monitoring and overseeing corporate procurement practices.
4. Issuing P.O, contract to vendors having the best value.
5. Prepare comparison analysis and monitoring budget.
6. Check invoices and follow payments
7. Source and negotiate for purchasing package in terms of quality, price, deliveries and services with vendors.
