Procurement Officer (3 6months Temporary)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Interim Procurement Specialist for a temporary assignment focused on indirect procurement.
Key Responsibilities
• The candidate will be full involved the procurement cycle for indirect procurement shared services such as HR, T.I, Marketing, General services and more.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect categories such as IT, marketing, professional services, facilities, and office supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 - 8years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect procurement.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPM) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
