Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Procurement Manager

with a strong background in

fit-out and joinery

to oversee all procurement activities for our high-end interior projects. The ideal candidate will have

extensive supplier networks

, a deep understanding of

material sourcing

, and expertise in managing

costs, contracts, and negotiations

to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Sourcing:

Develop and implement procurement strategies for

fit-out and joinery projects

. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with

suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors

for high-quality materials at competitive prices. Source materials such as

wood, veneers, laminates, hardware, metal, glass, upholstery, and other fit-out essentials

. Maintain relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

Prepare

procurement budgets

and ensure cost efficiency across all purchases. Conduct

market research and cost analysis

to optimize material procurement. Manage

contract negotiations

to achieve favorable terms and conditions. Monitor price fluctuations and recommend cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.

Vendor & Contract Management:

Oversee

vendor prequalification, assessment, and contract execution

. Develop

long-term partnerships

with reliable suppliers and manufacturers. Ensure

compliance with UAE procurement regulations and company policies

. Handle

claims, disputes, and supplier performance evaluations

.

Project Coordination & Logistics:

Work closely with

project managers, designers, and site teams

to align procurement with project timelines. Manage

inventory, delivery schedules, and storage of materials

to prevent delays. Ensure

proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and approvals

. Coordinate with

logistics and freight companies

for efficient material handling.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.

7+ years of experience

in procurement within the

fit-out and joinery industry

. Strong knowledge of

woodworking materials, finishes, and furniture manufacturing

. Expertise in

vendor negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management

. Proficiency in

ERP systems, procurement software, and MS Office

. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. UAE experience and

market knowledge of fit-out suppliers

is a must.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
