Job Description

Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement startegy across all Indirect Categories. This role centers on overseeing supplier relationships, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.

Develop and execute procurement strategies for IT, HR, Marketing, and operational services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements, optimize procurement processes, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor procurement budgets, analyze spend data, and identify cost-saving opportunities to drive efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and real estate industry regulations.

Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience in procurement, particularly in IT, HR, Marketing, with a real estate development.
Demonstrates strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills, coupled with proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder and supplier management.
Has in-depth knowledge of real estate development cycles, corporate procurement practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Shows a proven track record of cost optimization, building strategic supplier partnerships, and driving procurement efficiencies.
