Job Description

Our client is a leading cosmetic retailer in CIS countries, and they are expanding their business in the Middle East region.We are looking to hire a Business Manager / Procurement Manager and the primary responsibility is to lead the procurement and sourcing operations for cosmetic products within a retail setting.Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and implement procurement strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives.
Analyse market trends and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
Manage and evaluate select reliable suppliers and vendors of cosmetics and raw materials. Evaluate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favourable pricing and quality.
Manage inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts. Inventory control measures to minimize wastage and reduce carrying costs.
Advice and manager quality assurance teams to ensure that all cosmetics meet regulatory and quality standards.
Optimization: pricing, production, and delivery costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction. Seek cost-effective sourcing options without compromising product quality.
Research: Update on industry trends, new products, and new suppliers.

Desired Candidate Profile

10 years\' experience in managing business operations and purchase/ procurement in a retail company in the UAE.
Arabic speaker is an advantage.
Know-how of multi-currency and multi- country procurement functions
Ability to adopt within a dynamic workplace.
