Requirements:
Strong real estate developer and commercial department experience
Strong understanding of the real estate development process, construction materials, building codes, and regulations related to procurement in the real estate sector
Advanced in using MS office software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Local market supplier chain experience and network
Proficiency in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management is essential
