Role

• Based In the Dubai Head Office
• Heading up a department of 16 Staff
• Managing both pre-construction & post contract awards
• Handling a range of vendors from Materials, Sub-contract & other
• You will be working with the supply chain to ensure that win win solutions are created for all parties
• Working alongside department heads with a dotted line into the Head of Group Procurement

This role is NOT about squeezing every sub-contractor for a penny so they dont wish to tender your work. They pride themselves in working with the supply chain and ensuring that they are FAIR hence the large % of repeat suppliersCritical Factors before considering

• 5 Years Minimum experience in the MENA region for Main Contractors in Procurement Lead Role
• Exposure to 10 Years across Procurement for Main Contractors handling Civil Projects
• 14 Years Post Graduate experience
• Degree Educated - Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• CIPS,CPP & CPIM Desired but not essential
• Strong management, communication & presentation skills - This will be cleat in your introduction to NSR Associates
