Seeking applications for the below role for one of our esteemed clients in Abu Dhabi.Job title : Procurement ManagerJob Code : JPC 3280Job Location : Abu DhabiIndustry : BankingJob purpose :- T o set up and manage the non -IT category under VMCP department including Facilities Management, Real Estate Projects, Administration and General Services.Key Accountabilities :Strategic/RationalManage & deliver a professional Procurement service, consistently and fairly, in line with the corporate policies and the encourages a climate of openness, trust ,empowerment, integrity and reliability.Functional:- Leads a complete end to end Procurement services for assigned spend categories (FM, Projects, Administration, General Services)Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:
- Minimum - bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent degree / Masters is a plus
- CIPS / equivalent accreditation
- Project Management accreditation
- A minimum of 10 Years experience in Procurement and supply chain related position
- Advanced knowledge of building construction and Facilities Management
- Advanced knowledge of Project management
- Previous experience in E-Procurement solutions & tools
