Job purpose :
- T o set up and manage the non -IT category under VMCP department including Facilities Management, Real Estate Projects, Administration and General Services. Key Accountabilities : Strategic/Rational Manage & deliver a professional Procurement service, consistently and fairly, in line with the corporate policies and the encourages a climate of openness, trust,empowerment, integrity and reliability. Functional: - Leads a complete end to end Procurement services for assigned spend categories (FM, Projects, Administration, General Services) Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role: Minimum - bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent degree / Masters is a plus CIPS / equivalent accreditation Project Management accreditation Business Arabic and English - Verbal and written Previous experience: A minimum of 10 Years' experience in Procurement and supply chain related position Advanced knowledge of building construction and Facilities Management Advanced knowledge of Project management Previous experience in E-Procurement solutions & tools
